Welcome to the Team

Welcome to the GoBooth team. This page collects everything a new event attendant needs, from what to wear and how to represent the brand to setup, operation, and teardown of the booth.

Before your first event

Welcome to GoBooth. This page is a simple starting point for new team members and event attendants. Your role is to help every event feel polished, organized, and easy for guests while protecting the equipment and keeping the client experience calm.

  • Confirm the event location, timing, dress code, and contact person before leaving.
  • Arrive with enough time for setup, testing, and a clean booth presentation.
  • Keep the booth area tidy and help guests understand how prints or digital sharing work.
  • Escalate technical issues early instead of waiting until the event is almost over.

Event standards

A GoBooth setup should look intentional: backdrop straight, cables managed, props organized, printer and booth tested, and the client greeted professionally. The attendant should stay near the booth, watch the flow, and keep the experience moving.

If something changes at the venue, communicate clearly with the lead contact and document anything that affects setup, timing, prints, or service delivery.

After the event

Pack equipment carefully, leave the booth area clean, and report any missing, damaged, or unusual items. Share notes about client feedback, technical issues, timing, or anything the operations team should know before the next event.
