We cover the entire Ottawa-Gatineau region, and delivery and setup within 50 km of our Orléans base are free. Beyond that, we still travel to you for a flat $1 per kilometre.

Plan for a clear 10 ft. by 10 ft. area with at least 8 ft. of overhead clearance. That gives your guests room to gather in front of the camera safely. An 8 ft. by 8 ft. footprint can work when space is tight.

We need one dedicated electrical outlet within 10 to 15 ft. of the setup, with nothing else drawing from it. Please keep DJ gear, lighting, and bar appliances on separate circuits.

We arrive 90 minutes before your start time to set up without rushing. If you need us earlier, you can add idle time in 30-minute increments or an early-setup window scheduled for the same day.

Yes. Print layouts, on-print text, logos, start screens, backdrops, and props can all be tailored to your event. Custom templates are designed by our graphic designers, with hundreds of starting points to choose from.

Absolutely, it is your event. Any backdrop that fits within a 10 ft. by 8 ft. frame will work. You can also choose from our basic and premium backdrop collection, from red velvet to sequin, geometric, wood, and pure white.

Prints are photo-lab quality from a thermal dye printer, available as 2x6 strips or 4x6 layouts. You can include one to eight photos per print, and 2 to 8 guests fit comfortably in a frame.

Every event gets a free online album, and you can password-protect it for privacy. A USB copy of all your images is available as an add-on if you prefer them offline.
